    FORD CAMPAIGN NO 139.EQUIPPED WITH 250 CID ENGINES.POSSIBILITY THAT THEDASH PANELTO ENGINE WIRING HARNESS LOCATED BETWEEN THE CARBURETOR AND THE VALVEROCKER ARM COVER WAS ROUTED INCORRECTLY.IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THIS HARNESS ASROUTED COULD CAUSE THE CARBURETOR THROTTLE LEVER IDLE ADJUSTMENT SCREW TO HANGUP ON THE WIRING HARNESS DURING ACTUATION OF THE THROTTLE AND PREVENT THETHROTTLE FROM CLOSING.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND INSTALLING A RETAINING STRAPWHERE NECESSARY).
